about

Hold on to your tuning forks brothers and sisters because here come True Swamp Neglect with their wonky first album/demo in all it's out of time and out of tune glory.
On Ninjitsu Guitar School the ensemble dabble with standard rock, jangle pop, plunderphonics and hip hop. Theremin player Ian Evans recorded it and added layers of fuzz and other effects to the already chaotic gumbo.
The album finishes with the Witchita Lineman sampling hip hop epic 'Hamburger Skies' which features some actually good scratching by a guy called Rob. Don't know where he is now, perhaps we imagined him, but 'Thank you' Rob, where ever you are, you mythical scratch master.
