I know nothing about 21st Century Wolf other than he/she or they make hyper detailed and immaculately composed sound worlds.
Pagan Technology is a delight for the ear, tiny edits and unexpected bubbles glisten in the mix around dreamy heart melting basslines.

All the vocals are reduced to sighs and aaaahs, removed from pop songs they used to call their homes and repurposed as percussive blasts or transformed into what could be high pressure air rushing through a pipe.

On some tracks the data piles up to the point of overload sounding like the computer is trying to generate a melodic antidote to the complexities of modern living while it's mind implodes in a hurricane of infinitely opening windows and information streams.
